Having a bit of trouble checking in initially wasn't ideal, but once I got settled, the hotel's location downtown was great for getting around easily. The service from Amy and the staff was outstanding; they were so kind and informative. Although the dining wasn't the best, the hotel offers different hot pot dishes as alternatives. Overall, the hotel provided a convenient stay with some minor drawbacks.

The rooms could benefit from better lighting, especially for toiletries, but it's convenient that you can use the TV to stream content from your phone or even for business meetings. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff eager to assist and provide information on local activities. The location is very good, with easy access to downtown and within walking distance of many attractions, although the lack of curtains in the room might be a minor inconvenience. The dining experience wasn't the best, and the facilities were average.
